The Manager of Innovation will develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive growth, supporting the innovation process from ideation to testing and analysis. Key responsibilities include partnering cross-functionally, analyzing performance, and optimizing marketing strategies based on insights.

Produce fast-turnaround, social-first visual content for Wingstop: capture, edit, and deliver platform-native video and photography; develop creative concepts; collaborate with Social, Brand, and Creative teams; support campaigns, influencer activations, and live events; maintain brand visual standards while managing multiple projects and staying current on platform trends.

Coordinate the full recruiting lifecycle: schedule and manage interviews, support candidate travel and logistics, maintain ATS data, build recruiting reports/dashboards, train hiring managers on ATS, and support offer coordination to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Lead Wingstop's loyalty program strategy, roadmap, and performance across acquisition, engagement, retention, and personalization. Partner cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver loyalty features, build test-and-learn experiments, analyze results, and communicate executive-level recommendations. Manage and develop a Loyalty Product Manager and ensure restaurant-friendly, scalable implementations.

Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees (domestic and international), ensure multi-state and local tax compliance, perform audits and reconciliations, analyze payroll data and variances, manage garnishments, maintain payroll controls and records, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.

Lead accounting operations and financial reporting for a public company, ensure SOX 404 compliance, manage month/quarter/year-end close, support SEC filings, direct audits, drive process improvements, and manage and develop accounting staff.

Lead and operationalize regional marketing initiatives from planning through execution. Build project plans, timelines, workflows, and toolkits; coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; establish scalable processes, drive alignment, and support Regional Marketing Managers and Brand Partners to improve efficiency and business growth.
