Develops and maintains software solutions by translating business requirements into technical designs and code. Lead design and delivery of an enterprise Azure Databricks Lakehouse platform, migrating from Azure SQL Server. Set data platform strategy, mentor data engineers, ensure cloud-native ETL/ELT, reliability, observability, and support analytics/AI/ML. Manage portfolio, budget, vendors, and stakeholder alignment to deliver a single source of truth for insurance domains.

Lead actuarial valuation and modernization efforts including reserve establishment, regulatory compliance, financial reporting support, audit and exam preparation, automation/AI improvements, and oversight of NAIC RBC and valuation processes. Manage a small actuarial team and collaborate with Accounting, Risk, Internal Audit, Modeling, and Legal on reinsurance, disclosures, and actuarial controls.
