Lead delivery of small-to-medium commercial construction and workplace projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and stakeholders. Provide strategic advisory from inception through delivery, manage cost control, benchmarking, procurement, governance, SOX responsibilities, risk management, KPIs, stakeholder communications, and mentor project teams while using digital and information management systems to monitor finances and performance.

Lead cost management for large-scale data centre projects: manage budgets, procurement and contracts, develop business plans for growth, liaise with supply chain and country P&Ls, ensure compliance with European design/codes, and deliver complex programmes.
