Develop and implement ISO31000-aligned risk management frameworks across programmes and projects. Perform quantitative risk analysis, use risk tools and dashboards, integrate risk with project controls (cost, schedule, change), and produce reports to support decision-making on Defence, Rail, Infrastructure and Digital/AI commissions.

Manage and administer project EDMS (Asite preferred), provide user and document-control training, maintain workflows and container configuration, perform compliance audits, support project set-ups and data migrations, and act as primary EDMS contact for project stakeholders.

Lead implementation of Earned Value Management and schedule management for large infrastructure projects. Maintain Integrated Master Schedules, integrate cost/schedule/progress data, review contractor schedules, produce performance reporting, and develop EVM governance and controls to support proactive decision-making.

Provide client-facing program and project advisory services across capital lifecycle: establish, transform, operate, and optimize major programs. Support workstreams, deliverables, and tooling; deploy consulting techniques to improve performance; assist business development and practice development; adhere to SOX controls where applicable.

As a Junior Project Controller, you will assist the project controls team with inputting data, tracking costs and schedules, and supporting project management tasks. This role offers potential for growth into more senior positions.
