The ABAP Developer will participate in SAP projects, develop solutions in ABAP, analyze client requirements, optimize code, and support throughout the solution lifecycle.

As an SAP Consultant, you will support transformation and migration projects, analyze requirements, create specifications, and provide user support while ensuring project goals are met.

The role involves leading SAP IS-PS and FICA module implementations, data migration, analyzing financial data, training colleagues, and collaborating on process optimization.

Lead SAP logistics migration and implementation activities using tools like SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW and LTMC. Deliver full lifecycle SAP logistics solutions (preferably S/4HANA), troubleshoot technical issues, run workshops and customer training, and collaborate with clients to design scalable processes. Provide occasional ABAP debugging/BAPI support for integrations and migrations.

Lead SAP logistics consulting and migration workstreams, run client workshops and trainings, perform data migration using SAP tools, troubleshoot SAP logistics issues, and support S/4HANA implementations across multiple logistics modules.

Advise on SAP landscape performance by analysing systems, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending configuration and architecture changes. Support planning for data migrations, carve-outs, upgrades, and transformations. Provide database-level guidance (Oracle, MS SQL, HANA) and assist with ABAP performance analysis, collaborating with technical and functional teams to align recommendations with project objectives.

Advise on SAP landscape performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend configuration and database optimizations. Support planning for data migrations, carve-outs, upgrades and transformations, review architecture across SAP versions and databases, and assist with ABAP-related performance analysis to ensure compatibility with transformation tools and efficient project execution.

Lead and scale a global delivery engine for international markets (priority: US), orchestrating onshore/nearshore/offshore teams, deploying Natuvion software with forward-deployed engineering, building partner channels, integrating selective acquisitions, and representing international delivery on the global leadership board.

Lead implementation, configuration, and data migration of SAP IS-PS and FICA modules. Gather requirements, design validations, reconcile financial data, run workshops, train colleagues, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and ensure compliant, accurate migrations.
