Develops and improves mechanical products, manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production systems. Responsibilities include design for manufacturability, prototyping, testing, process optimization, lean manufacturing, ergonomic studies, production-line setup, engineering change management, BOM and documentation accuracy, supplier support, compliance coordination, and troubleshooting. Uses SolidWorks, engineering analysis methods, test equipment, CNC technologies, programming, and database tools to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and production readiness.

Processes invoices and payments, verifies approvals and coding, reconciles vendor and credit card statements, maintains vendor records, resolves purchase order and receiving issues, handles petty cash and deposits, and supports tax compliance.
