Own post-sales relationships with clinics, driving product adoption, retention, expansion, and upsell. Launch new features, build trusted customer partnerships, identify account risks, lead business reviews, analyze usage data, and communicate customer feedback to Product. The role requires commercial judgment, comfort selling, strong communication, and the ability to connect software adoption to business outcomes.

Build and own full-stack features for a healthcare SaaS: design data models, APIs, and UIs; harden payments, messaging, and documentation infrastructure; integrate and productionize AI agents/LLMs; work directly with customers; write tests and instrumentation; set technical foundations and tooling.
