Own the full sales cycle for Vocca’s US market, targeting healthcare groups and multi-site provider organizations. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing, customer onboarding coordination, pipeline creation, strategic account management, expansion, renewals, and feedback to Product. The role also helps build the US sales playbook, navigate security and integration reviews, and scale the future sales team.

Own backend services, APIs, infrastructure, and frontend dashboards for AI-powered healthcare voice agents. Design reliable, secure, scalable systems serving thousands of medical practices, deliver features from specification through production, improve developer tooling and observability, build modular multi-client architecture, and launch voice agents at scale. The role also contributes to engineering culture, code quality, mentorship, and future team growth while collaborating closely with founders, design, sales, support, and operations.

Deploy and implement Vocca’s first US healthcare clients, configuring accounts, managing integrations, and bringing practices live. Own post-sale support, customer success, account management, retention, and satisfaction while sales focuses on new business. Build a scalable US onboarding and operations playbook from scratch, document processes, reduce time-to-go-live, and help deploy approximately $1M in ARR during the first year.

Deploy Vocca’s AI voice-agent product for US healthcare clients, configuring integrations, managing go-lives, and owning post-sale success and account management. Initially hands-on, the role then develops the US implementation playbook, hires and leads a deployment team, and establishes product feedback loops. The role requires autonomous startup experience, technical product configuration skills, commercial credibility with healthcare and IT stakeholders, and the ability to scale a new operations function.

Manage strategic healthcare client accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build trusted relationships, drive AI product adoption, track usage, satisfaction, ROI, and operational impact, identify risks and upsell opportunities, coordinate deployments, formalize customer feedback, and help build the customer success playbook. Serve as the key interface between clients, Product, Operations, and Sales teams.
