The SAP Functional Consultant will analyze and modernize enterprise processes using SAP, support S/4HANA migrations, and implement AI-driven automation. Responsibilities include functional consulting, designing solutions, and engaging with customers to ensure operational excellence.

Embed with enterprise customers to run discovery, translate ambiguous needs into concrete requirements, and drive production deployments on the Tessera platform. Own pre- and post-sales engagements, surface product feedback, train customers, and partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable AI automation outcomes.

Build and maintain a production component library and design system: translate Figma designs into reusable, accessible React+TypeScript components, establish consistent design patterns, prototype reference implementations, and ensure accessibility, performance, versioning, and developer ergonomics across the platform.
