Seeking a Senior/Staff Digital Design Engineer for CMOS digital design, responsible for implementing high-speed data-processing circuits and prototyping in FPGA. Requires 7+ years of experience in high-performance ASICs and proficiency in algorithm modeling and hardware debugging.

Own and operate the internal platform for engineering: design and run Kubernetes and bare-metal infrastructure, automate via Terraform/Ansible and scripting, build CI/CD and self-service tooling, optimise networking and storage for ML/hardware workloads, implement monitoring and security (IAM, secrets, threat detection), and drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Lead CAD/EDA engineering support for digital and analog teams: maintain and improve EDA environments, develop automation and workflows, troubleshoot tools and infrastructure, manage compute/license resources, coordinate vendors and contractors, and drive CAD methodology and roadmap improvements across the silicon lifecycle.

Lead mixed-signal verification for high-speed IO RX/TX chains, owning verification strategy, modeling fidelity, AMS co-simulation, self-checking testbenches, coverage, debug across analog/digital boundary, regression automation, and silicon bring-up correlation through tape-out sign-off.

As a People Partner at OLIX, you will support HR operations, guide managers on HR matters, ensure compliance with employment law, handle employee relations, and contribute to building a high-performance culture.

Lead and grow a mechanical engineering team delivering complex mechanical systems, enclosures, and thermal solutions from concept through production. Provide technical leadership in mechanical design, thermal/structural analysis, manufacturability, supplier collaboration, NPI, quality, and cross-functional integration while managing budgets, KPIs, and engineering processes.

Lead day-to-day financial operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. Implement ERP and controls, support external audit, and partner with engineering/manufacturing to account for production, capital, payroll, share options, taxes, and transfer pricing while scaling the finance function.

Provide high-touch support to the COO, CFO, and President by managing calendars, triaging inboxes, coordinating travel and offsites, preparing meeting briefs and agendas, building cross-functional relationships, and proactively optimizing executive time and meeting effectiveness.

Design, build, and own CI/build/test pipelines for a compiler/runtime/simulator stack; scale and parallelize large test suites, manage heterogeneous CI runner fleets and scarce hardware, implement perf-regression baselines and observability, and define hermetic, safe-by-default build and test standards to maximize developer velocity.
