Lead long-term product vision for RobCo's integrated robotics stack, bridging software, AI, and hardware. Define roadmaps, embed safety and regulatory requirements, translate customer and executive needs into technical specifications, guide hardware development and prototype reviews, mentor PMs, and establish testing and iteration frameworks to deliver simple, safe, scalable autonomous industrial robotics.

Own and develop embedded C/C++ safety software for an Intel-based safety controller, maintain certified Safety PLC applications, apply functional safety standards, author certification artifacts, liaise with TÜV and manage external development partners.

Support and build functional safety processes for autonomous industrial robots: run ISO risk assessments, lead FMEA/FTA sessions, perform PL/SIL calculations in SISTEMA, maintain technical files for EU Machinery Regulation, liaise with TÜV, validate in the lab, monitor standards, and establish department-level compliance and traceability.

Lead system-level reliability for modular robotic platforms: define multi-year test roadmaps, translate field data into design and maintenance changes, perform RBD modeling and statistical life analyses, run FMEA/FMEDA sessions, and enforce reliability requirements during design reviews.

Lead RobCo's US partner ecosystem end-to-end: source, vet, onboard, and scale channel partners for industrial robotics. Drive partner lifecycle, joint GTM, commercial agreements, cross-functional enablement, partner scorecards, and event representation to grow registered deals and influenced pipeline.

Owner of cloud and edge infrastructure for autonomous robotics: design, operate, and automate AWS-based systems (EKS, RDS, S3, EC2) using IaC (Terraform). Build MLOps pipelines, developer platforms, observability, incident response, and security (IAM, secrets, encryption). Mentor engineers and reduce operational toil through tooling and automation.

As the first in-house legal counsel, build the legal function, oversee compliance, manage contracts, and advise management on various legal matters.

The Senior Testing Engineer will design validation frameworks for robotic hardware and controls, conduct stress and fault testing, and ensure product safety and performance standards are met.

Design, build, and run production agentic workflows and reusable components for delivery processes. Implement RAG-backed knowledge bases, monitoring, evals, observability, and human-in-the-loop feedback to improve agents and integrate them with delivery teams and business tools.

Lead a cross-disciplinary engineering squad building the orchestration and automation engine for modular robots. Drive code quality, CI/CD, automated testing, and operational reliability; manage senior full-stack and embedded engineers; translate customer needs into technical requirements with Product; reduce technical debt and improve architectural health; mentor engineering leaders and promote software-first, AI-driven practices.
