Supports the General Manager and Deputy General Manager at an on-site solar manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include executive scheduling, communications, meeting coordination, cross-functional project tracking, KPI and document management, site visits, invoices, onboarding, events, and operational initiatives. The role acts as an Assistant Project Manager, driving facility-wide workstreams and ensuring deadlines, dependencies, safety records, and action items are completed.

Coordinates outbound finished-goods shipments from company facilities and 3PL warehouses. Tracks deliveries, provides ETA updates, manages shipment documentation and proof of delivery, validates shipment data, communicates with customers, carriers, and warehouse partners, and resolves exceptions such as delays and missed appointments. Ensures transportation activity complies with DOT regulations and maintains accurate shipment visibility across multiple locations.

Own incoming material quality for solar module manufacturing by conducting inspections, reviewing specifications and supplier documents, controlling nonconforming materials, tracking supplier defects, and supporting NCR, MRB, CAPA, audits, material qualification, and corrective actions. Analyze inspection data, maintain quality records, update inspection standards and control plans, evaluate material performance with Engineering and Production, and report supplier quality trends and metrics.

Owns metrology systems and data integrity for a high-volume solar cell fabrication facility. Responsibilities include designing MSA and gauge R&R programs, developing metrology control plans, qualifying and calibrating measurement tools, integrating data with SPC systems, analyzing trends and drift, supporting vendor and tool activities, maintaining documentation, and mentoring metrology personnel.

Own equipment engineering and maintenance for a solar cell fabrication tool group. Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs, improve OEE and reliability, lead root-cause analysis, manage spare parts and vendors, and oversee equipment installation, qualification, acceptance, upgrades, and operator training. Mentor engineers and technicians while partnering with process, facilities, and EHS teams to support safe, high-volume manufacturing and fab ramp activities.

Lead TOPCon solar cell process engineering across tunnel oxide, polysilicon deposition, diffusion, passivation, and metallization. Drive process stability, yield improvement, root cause analysis, process control, documentation, tool readiness, technology transfer, and qualification. Mentor engineers and collaborate with equipment, metrology, quality, R&D, and device engineering teams to scale advanced cell technology into high-volume manufacturing.

Own ALD and PECVD vacuum deposition equipment through installation, qualification, and high-volume production. Diagnose failures, restore downed tools, improve OEE, MTBF, and MTTR, manage preventive maintenance and spare parts, and resolve chronic issues using root-cause methods. Maintain vacuum, gas, safety, and abatement systems while collaborating with process engineering, EHS, vendors, and technicians. The role is on-site in a cleanroom environment with on-call support for a 24/7 solar cell fab.

Own and support enterprise systems including Nintex BPM, Infor WMS, and IBM iPaaS. Develop C#, Java, and Python integrations; administer Oracle and SQL Server databases; maintain OpenShift environments; troubleshoot system and transaction issues; optimize workflows and reporting; support warehouse implementations; and ensure performance, security, and audit compliance.

Leads corporate and segment accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, fixed assets, internal controls, audit readiness, and process standardization. Oversees reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, SOPs, systems improvements, and cross-functional financial support while building and developing a high-performing accounting team. Ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting standards.

Manage multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, consolidations, reconciliations, journal entries, and close processes. Support U.S. GAAP compliance, SEC reporting, technical accounting, audits, internal controls, and process improvements. Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Operations while mentoring accounting staff and improving systems and reporting efficiency.
