The Vice President will lead debt and equity finance by sourcing opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities include underwriting, structuring capital stacks, and leveraging technology to enhance execution efficiency.

Lead origination and execution of commercial real estate debt and structured finance transactions. Source lenders and borrowers, underwrite deals, structure capital stacks, prepare marketing materials, negotiate term sheets, and manage transactions through closing. Provide client and lender advisory across bank, agency, debt fund, CMBS, life company, bridge, and construction financing. Use technology and automation to scale deal screening and execution while maintaining institutional-level volume.

Lead full-cycle CRE debt origination and structured finance transactions: source borrowers and lenders, structure capital stacks, prepare offering materials, run lender processes, negotiate term sheets, and manage execution to funded close while leveraging proprietary data and workflow tools to build a repeatable origination pipeline.
