The Executive Producer oversees projects across various disciplines, managing relationships, ensuring project execution, and improving production processes for client satisfaction.

Conduct consumer, cultural, competitive, and category research to generate insights and opportunity spaces. Support and develop creative briefs and strategic frameworks, contribute to ideation across campaigns, content, partnerships, and experiences, and build presentations. Partner with creative, design, production, and account teams; present work internally and to clients while collaborating with senior strategists throughout project execution.

Lead strategic development across multiple client accounts from brief through execution. Oversee insights, strategic narratives, creative briefs, and integrated campaign strategy. Serve as senior client strategic partner, run workshops and planning sessions, mentor Creative Strategists, support new business pitches, and ensure agency strategic standards across assigned accounts.

Lead people, culture, and operational strategy for a growing studio. Own recruitment (permanent and freelance), onboarding, learning and development, performance reviews, and scalable operational processes. Partner with leadership on organizational design, resource forecasting, change management, and people data to improve engagement, retention, and business performance. Oversee HR systems, compliance, benefits, and employee records.
