Owns end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, tax, treasury, audit, and monthly close activities for RZR’s China WFOE. The role manages PRC filings, banking and SAFE requirements, payroll-related statutory payments, external auditors, and reconciliations from PRC standards to US GAAP. It also partners with Global Finance on consolidation, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, regulatory changes, and process improvements while serving as the primary finance contact for China operations.

Build and operate scalable MLOps infrastructure for large-scale model training, deployment, serving, feature pipelines, and real-time advertising systems. Own full sales cycle in Japan: build pipeline, engage decision makers at app companies, brands and agencies, close new business, and launch customers while collaborating with Growth, Marketing, and Product to exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Develop performance-focused content strategies and creative concepts for mobile advertising campaigns. Conduct audience, market, and competitive research; write ad copy; analyze performance data; create testing hypotheses; and recommend A/B test frameworks. Maintain personas and insight documentation, monitor campaign trends, support QBRs, and collaborate with designers and analytics teams across multiple client accounts.

Design, deploy, and maintain production Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and hybrid-cloud environments. Optimize container networking, runtimes, and resource allocation for low-latency RTB workloads. Build GitOps-based CI/CD automation, implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger, and enforce cluster security through network policies, OPA/Gatekeeper, and vulnerability scanning. Collaborate with SRE and backend teams to scale reliable cloud-native infrastructure.
