Assist the Principal in overseeing academic programs, curriculum, IEP processes, staff supervision and development, school compliance, safety, and the therapeutic learning environment for grades 5–12.

Manage all onsite HR functions for the Baltimore agency, aligning local HR activities with home office strategy. Oversee compliance, benefits administration, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, coaching of leaders, and HR metrics to improve retention and operational efficiency.

Manage assigned business unit accounting functions, budgeting, fiscal reporting, and compliance. Supervise and develop accounting staff, approve expenditures, support finance leadership on contracts and program expansions, and ensure timely statutory and funding-source financial reporting.
