Account management role focused on retaining and growing business within assigned base accounts for diagnostic pathology services. Acts as SME in pathology subspecialties, develops account strategies, drives sales presentations, manages pipeline in D365 CRM, assists with onboarding/training, meets quotas, and travels extensively.

Serve as a Systems Analyst supporting Epic Aura and lab LIS systems. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process modeling, test plan development and execution, application support ticket resolution, access management, gap analysis, documentation, stakeholder facilitation, and supporting change management for medium-to-large projects in a pathology lab environment.

Serve as a hands-on HR business partner providing coaching and consultative support to leaders and employees across talent management, training and development, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, recruitment, and HR administration. Lead training design and delivery, conduct investigations, recommend disciplinary actions, maintain HR records and compliance, support SOX audit activities, and drive HR projects and policy implementation.
