The Creative Producer will lead all video and audio production efforts, collaborating with various teams to create high-quality brand content, including customer stories, founder videos, animations, and podcasts, while managing production schedules and assets.

The Account Executive owns the full sales cycle to drive adoption of Avoca's AI-driven solution for home service clients, working closely with stakeholders to tailor pitches and close deals.

Own post-sales onboarding and end-to-end implementations for B2B clients: gather requirements, produce technical specs, configure prompts and integrations, manage projects, lead testing and go-live, train clients, and build repeatable playbooks while partnering with CS, Product, and Engineering.

Deploys and maintains AI voice-agent solutions in customer environments. Responsibilities include designing integrations, building APIs and monitoring infrastructure, diagnosing production issues across distributed systems and LLM workflows, optimizing performance, translating business needs into deployment plans, and documenting troubleshooting practices. The role also requires close customer collaboration and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own customer support issues end to end by triaging tickets, debugging production systems, tracing configuration and data flows, and resolving platform issues involving classification, pricing, scheduling, and prompt behavior. Use internal tools and AI-assisted workflows, communicate clearly with customers, identify recurring failure patterns, and partner with Solutions Engineers and Engineering to improve the product.

Serve as the technical authority in the pre-sales process, partnering with Account Executives on complex B2B SaaS deals. Lead technical discovery, tailored demos, solution design, architecture and integration discussions, pilots, technical validations, objection handling, and deployment guidance. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, RevOps, and customer teams, ensuring effective post-sale handoffs and contributing to technical playbooks and messaging.

Build and run Avoca's customer marketing function: source and package customer stories, manage reference and advisory programs, run customer communications and conference presence, partner with Sales/CS/Brand to create case studies and video assets that drive enterprise deals and retention.

Own and build Avoca's marketing website end-to-end: design pages in Figma, implement in code, maintain a Figma->code design system, ship launch and campaign microsites, optimize performance and conversion, implement analytics/A/B tests, and lead interaction/motion design integrating film and motion assets.

Own and grow channel partnerships with HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors. Source, structure, and convert partner relationships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing, represent Avoca at industry events, and build repeatable co-marketing and distribution motions.
