Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting for construction and industrial technology clients, research decision-makers, qualify leads, uncover business pain, and book discovery meetings with U.S. prospects. Maintain CRM pipeline records, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, refine outreach messaging, and communicate product value using strong professional English. This is a flexible, contract-based role requiring approximately 30 hours per week from Colombia.

Manage connected hardware deployment projects from planning through commissioning. Coordinate clients, installation partners, Operations, Sales, and Client Success; track dependencies, deadlines, budgets, and daily updates; provide transparent reporting; enforce contractor accountability, quality, safety, and commissioning standards; and improve workflows and processes. The role requires strong communication with U.S. stakeholders and experience delivering field deployments, installations, IoT, or smart-building projects.
