Provide administrative support for the statewide Ignition Interlock Device (IID) Oversight Program: manage registrations, licensing, fee collection, program procedures, vendor and installer licensing processes, coordinate with OSP staff and external stakeholders, assist with OAR/ORS monitoring, and advise on compliance and registration issues.

Lead design, administration, tuning, and governance of enterprise databases (DB2, MS SQL Server, Oracle). Develop data models, manage migrations, backups, recovery, and security, coordinate upgrades, support integrations for reporting and analytics, and train staff while ensuring compliance and high availability.

Audit timesheets, verify deductions, ensure payroll compliance, investigate and resolve payroll errors and overpayments, support onboarding/exiting benefits (ACA/COBRA), advise stakeholders, and improve payroll processes.
