Serves as the senior contracting officer for the Oregon Department of Justice procurement unit. Plans and administers procurement lifecycles, develops and negotiates contracts, evaluates bids and proposals, ensures statutory and regulatory compliance, manages interagency agreements, tracks contract status, provides procurement guidance and training, and mentors procurement specialists.
