Manage full-cycle recruiting for nuclear energy roles: write job descriptions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and run onboarding. Build talent pipelines, attend industry events, maintain hiring manager and candidate relationships, and produce recruiting reports using AI and dashboarding tools to identify funnel bottlenecks and improve processes.
