Manage engineering and construction documentation for a large infrastructure project. Maintain the EDMS, formal transmittals, document workflows, revision tracking, numbering conventions, metadata, classifications, templates, archives, and document audits. Partner with Accounting, Procurement, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, and project teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payables activity.

Own and build accounts receivable operations for complex, contract-based billing across multiple entities and joint ventures. Collaborates across engineering disciplines and supports operating plants, new construction, and corporate initiatives.

Administer and securely scale Microsoft 365, Entra ID, managed endpoints, Azure, AWS, and Windows/Linux servers. The role establishes scalable accounting processes across entities, joint ventures, special-purpose vehicles, projects, and acquired businesses while partnering with Finance, Legal, Operations, auditors, and corporate controllership. It also builds and develops the accounting team while remaining hands-on in complex accounting and process improvement.

Own the enterprise budget, forecast, long-range plan, and integrated corporate financial model. Lead consolidation across divisions, monthly and quarterly reporting, board and investor materials, enterprise KPI development, scenario analysis, and capital allocation support. Build a scalable, AI-enabled FP&A function, modernize planning systems, establish institutional reporting processes, and lead the corporate FP&A team.
