Develop, integrate and test software components and APIs implementing NATO interoperability standards (NCDF, CESMO). Build XML/JSON parsers, TITO API utilities, automated tests (Robot Framework), execute functional/integration testing, participate in interoperability exercises, maintain documentation, support deployments in the NATO Software Factory, and collaborate in an Agile Scrum team.

Design, implement and maintain routing and switching, SD-WAN, multicast, QoS and datacenter networks; drive service improvements, change validation, documentation, automation, and exercise/operation support while coordinating with stakeholders and performing on-site surveys and acceptance testing.

Validate and guide architecture for a private air-gapped VMware-based cloud (vCF/NSX-T/Cisco ACI). Define ICDs and ADRs, coordinate cyber/infrastructure teams (CyberArk, PKI, monitoring), and drive automation/IaC adoption (Ansible/AAP, Terraform, Jenkins, vCF Automation). Chair design sessions, maintain interface registers, upskill teams, and support system integration across workstreams.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines; assess and remediate data quality; apply data modelling, metadata management, and platform integration for federated/defence contexts.

Designs and implements master data management and data pipelines, performs data modelling and metadata management, assesses data quality, advises on data transformations, enables data availability and searchability, and integrates platforms for federated defence-oriented environments.

Manage the ITSM ticketing queue into ECAM, support software projects (e.g., NASO), create purchase requisitions, monitor and distribute software licences across NATO divisions, liaise with Acquisitions on pricing/anomalies, and meet ECAM SLAs for timely licence delivery.
