Provides application and end-user support for NATO systems, including deployment and management of Windows and Linux applications, cloud configuration across Azure and AWS, identity integration, AI solution support, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and escalation. Maintains knowledge bases, requirements, technical documentation, security compliance, change and release management, and application testing. Collaborates with users, vendors, NCIA teams, and project stakeholders while supporting systems across NATO sites.

The role involves performing compliance audits, analyzing travel management, and assessing ACT's financial policies. It requires extensive experience in auditing and data analysis.

Design, maintain, and govern the agencys enterprise security architecture. Define security requirements, standards, controls and roadmaps. Integrate and evaluate security technologies, ensure regulatory compliance, research new security solutions, and support Security Officers and IT teams in protecting agency information systems.

Define and implement security configurations and architecture, perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and source code reviews, conduct technical security audits and log analysis, manage security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, IAM, PKI, DLP), perform forensic analysis, threat hunting, incident response, and develop technical security standards and procedures.

Support Information Security Officers in ISMS and business continuity management: perform risk assessments, develop ISMS procedures, security controls, policies, audits, gap assessments, security and disaster recovery plans, and assist formal accreditation for systems handling EU sensitive and classified information.

Design, operate and maintain NSPA cyber security infrastructure (firewalls, proxies, mail gateways, SIEM, PKI, authentication). Plan and execute migrations, perform incident response, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security design, project evaluations, documentation, and customer advisory across NATO environments.

Operate, maintain and replace cyber security infrastructure (firewalls, proxies, SIEM, endpoint protection, PKI, MFA). Provide incident response, risk assessments, security design, testing, product evaluations, and advisory services for NATO customers. Support projects, migrations, documentation, and occasional penetration testing.

Design, document, and assure secure cyber security architecture for NSPA. Assess and trial new security products, run lab tests, write reports and recommendations. Evaluate vulnerabilities, design mitigations, provide cyber security advisory, handle incident/alert triage, and support NATO system accreditation activities.

Provide day-to-day operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of diverse cybersecurity solutions; plan and implement technology replacements; assess and deploy new security products; perform incident response, security testing, risk assessments, advisory support, and penetration testing for NSPA and NATO partners.

Operate, maintain and upgrade NSPA cyber security infrastructure; plan and execute product/technology migrations; perform security assessments, penetration tests and incident response; design and implement secure solutions; provide advisory support to NATO customers; document configurations and produce technical reports. On-call and travel duties required.
