The Senior Enterprise Architect will analyze and design capability architectures, support requirements management, and provide guidance to stakeholders while collaborating with military and civilian organizations.

Serve as the primary protocol liaison: plan and execute conferences, ceremonies, exercises and VIP visits; develop/maintain VIP database and biographies; escort dignitaries; create DV programs and schedules; advise on diplomatic protocol and etiquette; manage protocol software and seating plans; support National Day ceremonies and act as SME for protocol planning tools.

Manages IT incidents and problems by prioritizing, diagnosing, escalating, resolving, and documenting issues within SLA targets. Coordinates engineering teams and service owners, investigates root causes, implements corrective and preventative actions, and improves incident and problem management procedures. The role also supports continuity planning, disaster recovery exercises, information security controls, risk assessments, stakeholder communications, service standards, and customer support across NATO environments.

Supports NATO BRASS Enhancement 1 and BRIPES services through STANAG 5066 configuration, technical documentation, interoperability analysis, testing, validation, and engineering assessments. The role develops service instructions, maintains configuration baselines, troubleshoots IP-over-HF interfaces, documents findings, and coordinates technical activities with NCIA and multinational NATO stakeholders. Some travel to NATO sites may be required, and a valid National or NATO Secret clearance is mandatory.

Coordinates multiple technical projects and workstreams by tracking plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and decisions. Maintains project documentation, dashboards, status reports, action trackers, and registers; organizes meetings, workshops, and governance activities; facilitates communication among technical teams, management, stakeholders, and suppliers; and supports continuous improvement of project coordination and delivery processes.

Provides inventory and warehouse support at NATO LANDCOM in Izmir. Responsibilities include receiving, tracking, storing, distributing, reconciling, and reporting on inventory; performing stock-taking; resolving discrepancies; and completing receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping activities. The role also involves maintaining warehouse equipment and using material-handling equipment. Full-time onsite work, occasional travel, legal Turkish work eligibility, and a valid National or NATO Secret clearance are required.

Provides Level 2 enterprise network operations and engineering support for NATO environments. Responsibilities include routing and switching configuration, network monitoring, capacity planning, incident response, outage resolution, automation, documentation, and technical escalation. The role requires expertise with BGP, OSPF, STP, Splunk, and CA Spectrum, along with a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance. Work is performed on-site in Mons, Belgium, with some travel to NATO sites.

Delivers and coordinates NATO cyber security capabilities, including planning changes, installing and configuring security tools, testing network and virtualized environments, validating security settings, investigating faults, and integrating solutions. Supports transition to operations through documentation, training, handover, technical guidance, and security hardening. The role requires collaboration with NATO stakeholders, project and engineering teams, and industry partners while ensuring compliance with NATO policies and standards.

Administer and optimize on-premises and cloud database platforms, primarily Microsoft SQL Server and Azure services. Manage high availability, disaster recovery, backups, migrations, monitoring, automation, security, governance, and performance tuning. Support PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, containerized environments, and database deployment automation. Produce technical documentation and reporting, collaborate with engineering teams, and lead investigations into complex database incidents.

Manages configuration processes, CMDB records, baselines, change control, audits, status reporting, bills of materials, rack elevations, port documentation, and cabling diagrams. The role verifies configuration data, maintains historical records, supports project handovers, and coordinates with PMO teams, technical leads, suppliers, and agency stakeholders. It requires configuration management expertise, strong Excel skills, infrastructure knowledge, attention to detail, and a valid NATO or national Secret clearance.
