Provide testing and QA support for NIRIS: update and maintain manual and automated test suites, execute regression and release verification, prepare interoperable interface tests and test data, verify defects, produce test documentation and release readiness evidence, and support interoperability events and test environments to ensure repeatable, traceable, and auditable verification of system functionality.

Lead and manage CIS projects and work packages for NATO NCIA from initiation to closure. Produce proposals and statements of work, gather and consolidate requirements, develop solicitation documentation, coordinate stakeholders and contractors, monitor deliveries and testing, and act as Test/Migration/Implementation Manager when required. Must adhere to NATO standards, travel to NATO locations, and support large project teams.

Design, storyboard, build, test and publish SCORM-compliant eLearning modules and reusable multimedia assets (infographics, videos, motion graphics). Translate process-heavy procurement content into engaging interactive learning, provide documentation for maintenance, and ensure deliverables and licences permit perpetual use.

Provide administrative support to the C2 Centre: manage tasker tracker, recruitment/on-boarding, information and knowledge management (SharePoint/collaboration portal), performance and e-leave coordination, training requests and purchase orders, travel arrangements, meeting and event organization, prepare technical correspondence and reports, and deputize for higher-grade staff as required.

Provide Level 3 support and lead resolution for complex enterprise networking across NATO sites. Design, implement, and optimize routing/switching, datacenter, multicast, SD-WAN and security solutions. Drive change governance, documentation, automation, monitoring, and site validation while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting operational exercises.

Lead and manage CIS projects from initiation to closure for NATO/NCIA clients. Produce proposals and statements of work, consolidate requirements, develop solicitation documentation, coordinate stakeholders and contractors, monitor testing and delivery, and act as Test/Migration/Requirements/Implementation Manager as required. Support deployments and adhere to NATO/NCIA standards.

Track, analyse and report SLA/KPI performance, validate billing and maintain service inventories, support commercial reviews and renewals, build leadership dashboards, support forecasting/budgeting, drive process improvements, coordinate procurement and partner negotiations, and liaise between operations, finance, sales and external partners.
