Lead subcontract formation and administration for projects: develop strategy, negotiate and award subcontracts, manage subcontractor performance and invoices, ensure compliance, coordinate with Legal, Accounting, Engineering, and Project Controls, run sourcing and prequalification, and drive process improvements and reporting.

Monitor legislation, conduct legal research and impact analyses, prepare meeting notes and minutes, develop outreach materials and thematic dossiers, assist reporting automation and event preparation, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Support project teams by participating in project planning, monitoring, and coordination; organize meetings and take minutes; update performance metrics and dashboards; track actions and deadlines with stakeholders; and help improve project management processes and tools.

Lead telecom engineering design, signal coverage studies and procurement for projects and tenders. Produce FEED and detailed designs, specs, vendor evaluations, architecture diagrams, and close-out reports. Manage telecom engineering team, coordinate with clients/subcontractors, support site engineering and procurement, ensure compliance with standards, document control, HSE requirements, and identify process improvements.

The internship involves preparing cost estimates for construction subcontracting, analyzing tender requirements, and participating in subcontract development for construction projects.
