The role advises multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams, promotes HSE compliance, and develops expertise in relevant materials, methods, and technical requirements under senior supervision.

Lead and deliver mechanical engineering input across multi-center feasibility, conceptual, pre-FEED and front-end advisory studies. Manage mechanical scopes, review calculations and drawings, ensure compliance with codes, support procurement/installation/commissioning, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contribute to proposals, and drive continuous improvement to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Process vendor invoices and payments, maintain AP records, prepare and post journal entries, support month-end close and reconciliations, resolve vendor inquiries, ensure internal controls and 1099 compliance, and collaborate across teams to improve processes and support audits.

The Subcontract Manager will develop and implement subcontracting strategies, manage subcontract processes, negotiate contracts, and handle claims while ensuring performance assessment and closeout of subcontracts.
