Leads the design, administration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, security, and lifecycle management of OT systems, manufacturing equipment, laboratory instrumentation, and regulated applications in a GMP environment. Supports validation, change management, deviations, corrective actions, recovery planning, audits, vendor coordination, project implementation, staff training, and mentoring. Provides technical guidance across Operations, IT, Engineering, Quality, vendors, and project teams while maintaining reliable and compliant manufacturing and quality-control technology.

Supervise inventory control and supply chain personnel in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical warehouse. Establish inventory procedures, monitor reorder points, coordinate material movement, maintain SOPs and controlled documentation, conduct physical counts, investigate discrepancies, support receiving, shipping, packaging, labeling, and finished-product inventory, and train and direct staff.

Leads enterprise program governance and execution across customer projects, operational excellence initiatives, and technology transformation programs. Provides project management tools, oversees LIMS and Veeva initiatives, establishes portfolio governance, develops dashboards, supports enterprise process design, and tracks operational excellence KPIs across multiple sites. The role requires strong stakeholder leadership, communication, and experience managing complex programs in biopharma or CDMO environments.
