Supervise inventory control and supply chain warehouse operations in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical environment. Establish inventory procedures, monitor reorder points, coordinate material movement, maintain tracking documentation and SOPs, conduct physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and support receiving, shipping, packaging, labeling, and finished-product inventory activities. Collaborates with operations, quality, vendors, and suppliers to improve production effectiveness, reduce costs, and advance products from clinical development to commercial launch.

Manages cross-functional People Team projects from planning through implementation, coordinating timelines, milestones, owners, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications. Supports the Chief People Officer, prepares board presentation materials, maintains project documentation, and improves HR processes through workflow, technology, and documentation enhancements. The role requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities onsite.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Lead workforce planning, talent and succession initiatives, employee relations investigations, organizational change, performance and compensation processes, manager coaching, and employee engagement efforts. Ensure labor-law compliance, analyze HR metrics, support organizational scale-up, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Supports end-to-end RFP, RFI, proposal, quotation, and change order processes for biopharmaceutical CDMO opportunities. Coordinates cross-functional contributions, prepares scopes, timelines, pricing inputs, and supporting materials, manages deadlines and approvals, maintains proposal templates and response content, tracks activity in Salesforce, and supports client meetings, reporting, and process improvements.

Develop and execute AVID’s internal communications strategy, partnering with executives and leaders on messaging, town halls, organizational updates, and change communications. Oversee internal channels, create announcements and leadership content, reinforce culture, support employee engagement, and measure communication effectiveness. The role requires translating complex business topics into clear messages, managing stakeholders, and improving communication approaches through employee feedback and data-driven insights.

Supports end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, engagement, internship programming, internal mobility, employee changes, HRIS transactions, process improvement, employee relations, investigations, and employment-law compliance. Partners with HR, managers, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing to improve employee experiences and organizational readiness during growth and transformation. This full-time onsite role requires strong communication, organization, discretion, and knowledge of California employment law.

Leads global supply chain strategy and execution for biopharmaceutical CDMO operations, overseeing procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, supplier relationships, contracts, client interfaces, compliance, and risk management. Partners with manufacturing, quality, business development, and finance teams to ensure reliable, cost-effective, compliant supply. Builds and mentors a high-performing team while supporting tech transfers, program launches, and new product introductions.

Leads accounting operations, technical accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, revenue recognition, and project accounting. Supervises accounting staff, ensures US GAAP compliance, performs reconciliations and variance analyses, manages audits and tax filings, and drives process improvements and special projects.
