Designs and governs M-PESA’s Super App, mini-app ecosystem, SDKs, digital payment channels, and partner integrations across six markets. Establishes architecture standards, security controls, governance frameworks, and scalable cloud-native patterns. Leads QR, hosted payment, and NFC payment architecture; supports API-first and event-driven integrations; ensures performance, resilience, compliance, and developer experience. Serves as a senior architecture representative, mentors architects, produces executive architecture artifacts, and leads vendor evaluations.
