Lead country IT strategy and delivery, overseeing architecture, applications, security, risk, infrastructure, vendors, budgets and compliance. Act as trusted advisor to business leaders, ensure service continuity, SLAs and audit readiness, and report IT performance to the Regional CIO while driving IT capability enhancement and project implementations.

Lead Group-wide Financial Risk Assurance, overseeing audits and reviews of credit, market, liquidity, operational and model risks. Develop risk-based audit programs, drive standardization, lead investigations and advisory work, and implement AI/automation for continuous auditing. Mentor regional teams, report to senior management and ensure compliance with Basel, IFRS9, ICAAP/ILAAP and IIA standards across multiple jurisdictions.

Lead and support fraud investigations across the Group: examine evidence, interview stakeholders, produce investigation reports, coordinate with legal and police, maintain case management system, produce quarterly metrics, advise on fraud trends and countermeasures, and drive AI-enabled detection and investigative efficiency.

Provide end-to-end support for analytics and reporting applications, ensuring availability, integrity, and timely delivery of financial, regulatory, and MIS reports. Develop and maintain complex reports, perform data reconciliation, incident and problem management, application configuration, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure support, and 24x7 rotating production coverage. Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and business teams and enforce change and release management.
