Develop joint business plans, product and market roadmaps, governance structures, and revenue commitments. Lead business development for Arqiva's digital radio and audio portfolio: acquire new customers and partners, drive cross-sell/up-sell, manage pipeline and forecasting, collaborate with product and marketing, mentor the BD team, negotiate commercial contracts, support onboarding, and report revenue and risks to senior management.

Perform planned maintenance, testing and measurements on networks and RF systems; implement upgrades, respond to faults, and supervise contractors. Provide technical advice for projects, maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, and support service transition and continuous improvement.
