As a Platform Developer, you will design and deliver software solutions for AMP's North platform, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring robust, scalable services.

Design, configure and enhance AMP's ServiceNow ITSM capability. Deliver scalable ITSM solutions, improve CMDB/ITOM/CSDM alignment, build workflows, automations, integrations, reports and stakeholder-facing platform features, and support broader technology transformation.

Owner of database design, optimisation and governance for a high-volume transactional wealth platform. Lead performance tuning, schema design, stored procedures and indexing, partner with developers and stakeholders, mentor teams, ensure security, scalability and operational resilience to support application delivery and platform roadmap.

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large, complex business and technology initiatives. Establish delivery plans, governance, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors and stakeholders, and ensure outcomes align to strategic priorities and measurable benefits.

Maintain and enhance AMP's CMDB to ensure accurate IT asset visibility and relationships. Drive integrations, Discovery, data governance, regulatory compliance (CPS230), automation, and stakeholder engagement to support ITSM processes and improve operational risk management.

Design, implement and optimise ServiceNow ITOM capabilities (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Cloud Operations, observability, automation). Build integrations, MID Server configurations, and scalable solutions; improve CMDB maturity, enable operational analytics and AI capabilities; partner with stakeholders, vendors and platform teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

Manage and grow AMP's Wrap Platforms relationships in the North region. Build strategic account plans, drive adviser and licensee engagement, identify revenue opportunities, partner with internal teams on campaigns and product positioning, manage escalations, ensure compliance, and contribute insights and a strong team culture.

Provide senior technical leadership for corporate tax compliance and advisory across AMP's tax consolidated group, covering domestic and international tax (transfer pricing, CFC, CbCR, Pillar Two), M&A and restructures, stakeholder advice, tax governance, process modernisation, risk management, and Board/Audit Committee reporting.

Provide analytical and operational support to Group Tax, ensuring data integrity, tax compliance and governance. Maintain compliance trackers and SOPs, operate tax/reporting tools, drive process automation and AI-enabled improvements, prepare materials for senior stakeholders, and support continuous improvement projects.

Owns major incident management and resolution for AMP's digital banking and mobile platforms. Leads investigations, coordinates engineering and vendors, improves observability and monitoring, drives reliability and automation, and partners with product and business stakeholders to reduce customer impact and prevent recurring issues.
