Senior subject-matter expert responsible for tax operations across investment and superannuation products. Lead tax reporting, corporate action tax treatment, platform testing and implementation, partner with custodians and stakeholders, maintain controls and governance, and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate investor tax outcomes.

Supports the design, structuring, pricing, valuation, and ongoing management of retirement, guarantee, and equity protection products. Develops and enhances quantitative pricing, valuation, risk, and scenario-testing models; performs stochastic analysis; validates assumptions and hedging; and supports model governance. Partners with Product, Finance, Investments, Risk, and Technology teams to provide actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for product strategy, risk management, and business decisions.

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will ensure the stability of AMP's finance platforms, support critical accounting processes, drive improvements, and strengthen control frameworks within the finance systems.

Leads end-to-end enterprise architecture for AI, data, cloud, integration, and digital initiatives. Designs AI-enabled solutions, agentic workflows, AI-ready data platforms, integration patterns, governance frameworks, and security controls. Partners with business, engineering, data, security, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and vendors to deliver strategic technology outcomes. Supports architecture assessments, solution designs, compliance reviews, roadmaps, and reusable enterprise standards.

Oversee governance, compliance, and monitoring of advice fee deductions for superannuation members. Lead adviser and licensee investigations, advice file sampling, due diligence, remediation, reporting, committee administration, AFSL attestations, and regulatory updates. Maintain policies, workflows, records, and governance documentation while partnering with advisers, licensees, management, and the Trustee to identify risks and improve controls.

Owns major incident management and resolution for AMP's digital banking and mobile platforms. Leads investigations, coordinates engineering and vendors, improves observability and monitoring, drives reliability and automation, and partners with product and business stakeholders to reduce customer impact and prevent recurring issues.

Lead risk, compliance and control activities for the Platforms business, ensuring material risks are managed within appetite. Provide oversight, reporting and insight to executives and the Board, perform risk and compliance assessments, manage incidents and regulatory notifications, maintain compliance plans (including superannuation and managed investments), and enable business change through control reviews, training and stakeholder engagement.

Lead and support AMP's Group Strategy by advising the CEO and ExCo, developing strategy and annual planning, running strategic projects, preparing Executive/Board papers, building financial models and business cases, evaluating M&A, partnerships and investments, and bringing external market and competitor insights to inform commercial decision-making.

Lead day-to-day Advice Governance for NM Super: maintain and improve governance frameworks, run Licensee and Adviser Governance Committee, oversee supervision, file reviews and investigations, support regulatory and Trustee engagement, deliver executive/Board reporting, and build team capability while driving risk remediation and automation-driven improvements.

Lead AMP's enterprise AI risk program: shape governance, inventory, observability, assurance and reporting; embed AI risk controls across business, technology, data, security and risk; influence senior stakeholders and committees; uplift frameworks, policies and controls to meet regulatory obligations while enabling responsible innovation.
