Lead ETL development using Informatica, design and execute data integrations, perform unit testing, and support production escalations. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage data quality issues, and assist project teams adopting data management processes. Participate in rotational production support and follow SDLC/Agile practices.

Review promissory note endorsement chains, determine and execute curative actions, process and ship original documents, respond to internal/external requests, follow up on pending items, complete special projects, and cross-train to support peak volumes while providing customer service.
