Provide technical pre- and post-sales support: design and validate network and multi-discipline solutions, produce diagrams and estimates, attend customer sites, support proposals/RFPs, and hand off to delivery while collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams.

Provide legal and policy guidance on federal telecommunications and FCC matters; develop and advocate regulatory positions; support compliance, FCC filings, and stakeholder engagement; advise business leaders on regulatory impacts and strategy; represent the company in industry and regulatory forums.

Manage operational aspects and end-of-life for product lines, analyze customer and usage data to recommend improvements, define KPIs, align cross-functional stakeholders, run EOL planning and communications, and support post-launch product optimization across broadband, wireless, or business data & voice domains.
