Lead and grow a small engineering team while remaining hands-on, spending approximately 70% of the time coding in Go. Own architecture, engineering standards, roadmap delivery, security platform foundations, cloud infrastructure, observability, CI/CD, incident resolution, compliance readiness, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with executive and product leadership, mentor and hire engineers, build secure AI and identity platform components, and establish scalable engineering processes in an early-stage startup.

Join as a founding backend engineer to design and build core security, identity, and enforcement platform components using Go, cloud-native AWS services, databases, containerization, AI/LLM stacks, and observability tools. Deliver production-grade, scalable SaaS features and integrations.
