Audits freight bills and carrier invoices, verifies transactions, researches and resolves billing discrepancies, processes accounts receivable and payable activities, and communicates with customers and transportation partners. The role ensures compliance with financial procedures, corrects invoice errors, supports adjustments, and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve billing and process issues.
