Conduct Video KYC verification for prospective and existing customers through video calls, following defined SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements. Review and decide cases, maintain accurate records, meet productivity and turnaround targets, manage ageing inventory, respond to escalations and referrals, and coordinate with sales and internal stakeholders. Monitor customer sentiment, provide real-time responses, manage escalations and early-warning signals, track pending volumes, and ensure documentation and compliance. Success is measured through response times, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, process adherence, and reduced avoidable escalations.

Develop and maintain credit, collections, acquisition, behavior, fraud, propensity, and transaction-level scorecards and models. Create portfolio micro-segments and self-cure models, monitor model performance and stability using KS, Gini, PSI, and out-of-time validation, and automate deployment through credit and fraud decision engines or data platforms. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of R, Python, SAS, Hadoop, and big data, plus a related master's degree.
