Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to define outcomes, ship experiments, measure results, and improve conversion, discoverability, performance, and publishing efficiency.

Own full-cycle recruitment for Mentimeter’s EMEA enterprise sales organization, hiring SDRs, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Managers. Partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, manage multiple roles, identify hiring risks, support internal mobility, coach interviewers, and improve hiring quality and candidate experience through data, AI, and structured processes.

Develop and scale Mentimeter’s revenue strategy and go-to-market planning. Responsibilities include maintaining segmentation frameworks, supporting planning and budgeting cycles, owning tactical pricing and packaging, leading cross-functional revenue initiatives, evaluating AI and GTM tools, and partnering with Analytics to measure performance and ROI. The role requires strong analytical, communication, strategic planning, executive influence, and operational execution skills in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Design and build scalable workplace integrations (Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Slack, AI agents). Implement backend systems for token lifecycles, webhooks, queues, monitoring, and enterprise-grade security and compliance. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ship reliable, well-tested solutions and developer-friendly integration documentation.

Lead Mentimeter’s global enterprise marketing strategy and growth engine across digital demand, field and customer marketing, and executive programs. Own enterprise pipeline, ARR impact, budget, attribution, ROI, and regional expansion across EMEA, North America, and APAC. Build integrated demand-generation programs, connect product-led growth with sales-assisted opportunities, and develop high-performing marketing leaders and teams. Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Growth, Brand, Data, and regional leadership.

Own commercial growth for an enterprise customer portfolio across EMEA, including expansion, upselling, pipeline development, renewals, forecasting, and risk management. Build relationships with new stakeholders, teams, and use cases while maintaining a commercial focus. Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive customer value, retention, and growth. The role is onsite in Stockholm and requires clear English communication, SaaS sales experience, and quota-carrying commercial performance.

Manage enterprise customer accounts, driving onboarding, adoption, usage, retention, and engagement. Act as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders, lead webinars, workshops, and training, monitor usage data, and develop scalable customer success strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Development to improve the enterprise offering and represent customer needs. The role excludes new contract closing, commercial ownership, and day-to-day support.

Serve as an AI-enabled Executive Partner to Mentimeter's Management Team: run meeting rhythms, prepare agendas and board materials, convert notes into decision logs, manage calendars and governance cycles, track high-priority projects and action items, coordinate complex scheduling, travel and events, and maintain confidential governance records.
