Lead and manage the Borderplex workforce project, ensure contract compliance, oversee daily operations, coach staff, drive performance metrics, build partner relationships, and support program growth while delivering culturally responsive services.

Supervise accounting team and oversee financial activities across multiple projects, including invoicing, budgets, forecasts, month-end close, reconciliations, and audit coordination. Manage daily operations of a Workforce Solutions Center, including budgets, staffing, training, program quality, community partnerships, outreach events, and customer satisfaction. Track service outcomes, ensure compliance with procedures, supervise and coach staff, fill open positions, and coordinate with Program Managers, Business Services, and Marketing. Role requires regional travel and continuous performance management to meet program goals.
