Provide contract administration and procurement support: review and negotiate contracts, coordinate with legal, obtain vendor documentation, prepare and upload final contract packages, process purchase orders, maintain contract files, and deliver internal customer service for sourcing and contracting activities.

Negotiate, manage, and execute supply contracts, service agreements, and purchases across multiple facilities. Lead bid processes, implement contract configuration changes, perform market research, drive utilization improvements and cost savings, manage vendor relationships and performance reviews, and resolve invoice discrepancies and accruals while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Lead and mentor a team supporting clinical and revenue-cycle applications (Epic ClinDoc Stork). Document workflows, define system scope, design/build/configure and test functionality, manage vendor relations, oversee ServiceNow ticket queues, ensure compliance with HIPAA/cybersecurity, and provide on-call support and project leadership for medium-to-large system initiatives.
