The role involves monitoring payment processes, ensuring compliance, managing projects and audits, processing payments, and providing guidance on TDS and GST rules.

Supports trade finance, payment, and foreign exchange operations by reviewing transactions, verifying KYC, monitoring regulatory compliance, managing statutory documentation, and addressing audit observations. Provides customer support, market updates, branch assistance, credit-limit processing, and risk-mitigation insights. The role also involves customer visits, regulatory updates, mentoring, and completion of mandatory training.

Provide zone-level support for the Non-Resident (NR) channel: assist product training, client onboarding, and ongoing support; drive NR business objectives and NTB acquisition; support segment RMs in portfolio management and forex income generation; maintain client relationships, train branch staff, and monitor funding and account activation metrics.

The role involves servicing branch customers, acquiring new clients, executing cold calls, managing account operations, and cross-selling financial products.
