Designs and prepares files for print, develops and refines creative concepts, presents work, interprets briefs, coordinates with printers and marketing disciplines, and maintains high aesthetic standards. Requires strong visual problem-solving, Adobe Creative Suite expertise, research, communication, presentation, organization, and project-management skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

Leads client development and serves as the primary contact for Acosta clients. Coordinates strategic and creative development, media planning, promotional campaigns, and tactical execution aligned with sales and marketing objectives. Builds and expands client relationships, identifies funding and growth opportunities, develops national programs, and partners across business units to deliver solutions. Provides strategic recommendations, manages special projects, and directs departmental activities. Travel may reach 40%.
