Serve as the Guidewire-focused business analyst for claims and billing, translating business needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria; support ClaimCenter and BillingCenter configuration, integrations, data mapping, UAT, and Agile ceremonies; provide secondary PolicyCenter support and engage stakeholders across claims, billing, finance, and vendors to improve processes and system usage.

Design and deliver enterprise BI reporting and dashboards using Power BI and IBM Cognos. Integrate Policy, Claims, Billing, and Agency data, build semantic/data models and star schemas, develop advanced DAX measures, implement RLS, optimize query and report performance, and support Azure-based cloud BI, governance, and data quality.

Lead and coach a claims team to ensure timely, compliant handling of commercial and trucking bodily injury and liability claims. Provide technical guidance, conduct file audits, approve settlements, manage performance, support hiring/training, control claims expenses, and handle escalations while reporting on team metrics.

Manage full-cycle multi-entity payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance, accuracy, audits, reporting, vendor coordination, year-end processing, ACA/1095-C and 401(k) support, and employee inquiries.

Lead enterprise project and vendor management functions, own centralized intake and agile delivery frameworks, drive portfolio prioritization, manage PMO/VMO teams, budgets, vendor lifecycle, and executive reporting to ensure on-time, quality delivery and continuous improvement.
