Manage B2B SaaS customer relationships from adoption through ongoing success. Act as a trusted advisor, understand client goals, develop account plans, drive technology adoption, resolve escalations, coordinate with engineers and product specialists, gather market feedback, and influence product roadmap improvements. The role requires strong English and German communication, project management, technical aptitude, and customer-focused relationship-building skills.

Lead technical customer implementations from data workshops and pilots through productive deployment. Build relationships with technical decision-makers, troubleshoot implementation and campaign issues, resolve architecture blockers through configuration or sample coding, and coordinate with product, support, and engineering teams. Guide customers on SaaS, APIs, SDKs, cloud and hybrid infrastructures, while aligning solutions with business goals and driving measurable value.

Conduct web, mobile, API, and internal penetration tests; perform source-code reviews, threat analysis, and social-engineering assessments. Research emerging attack vectors, support blue teams, train development and QA teams, and guide secure software development. Execute security posture assessments, document vulnerabilities and remediation strategies, and collaborate with developers throughout the SDLC. Use SAST/DAST tools and maintain current knowledge of application security testing techniques.

Own and evolve scalable brand systems and digital experiences, including responsive websites, landing pages, campaigns, and microsites. Create production-ready designs in Figma, collaborate with developers on handoff and QA, and design within WordPress constraints. Develop reusable templates, components, and documentation while using AI-enabled workflows to accelerate ideation and production. Provide design feedback, manage multiple projects, and communicate design rationale to senior stakeholders and global teams.

Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails. Researches accounts, identifies decision-makers, generates interest, understands customer needs, and maintains a prospect database. Requires strong communication, phone presence, objection resolution, time management, adaptability, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
