Supports attorneys across bank departments by reviewing subpoenas, litigation and bankruptcy matters, confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts, loan document amendments, and legal templates. Oversees Azure, Microsoft 365, hybrid infrastructure, identity and access management, security controls, incident response, threat and vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR, third-party assessments, audits, regulatory examinations, penetration testing, and remediation. Partners with information security, audit, compliance, technology, and business leaders to align controls with NIST CSF, strengthen cyber resilience, and communicate risks and recommendations to executives and board-level stakeholders.

Supports charitable giving, employee volunteerism, nonprofit partnerships, community engagement initiatives, volunteer events, sponsorships, and impact reporting. Conducts nonprofit and community research, maintains program records, analyzes data, prepares communications, and contributes ideas to improve employee participation and community impact. The intern collaborates with internal teams and presents project outcomes to leadership.

Provides administrative and client-facing support for the Treasury Management team, including client onboarding, account opening, documentation, correspondence, scheduling, proposals, cost comparisons, reporting, and general banking assistance. Acts as a liaison between Treasury Management, clients, sales, and other bank departments while ensuring timely responses and accurate paperwork.

Oversee the bank’s information security, business continuity, incident response, cybersecurity risk, and third-party risk programs. The role manages risk assessments, security controls, vulnerability and access management, incident preparedness and recovery, data governance, vendor assessments, security awareness, regulatory examinations, and audit support. It partners with executives, business leaders, regulators, auditors, and the Board to communicate risks, monitor key indicators, and drive sustainable remediation.

Supports the Bank Secrecy Act team by researching high-risk clients, reviewing suspicious transactions, assigning risk ratings to new clients, researching financial crime regulations, and completing special projects. The intern collaborates across departments, participates in meetings, manages individual projects, and presents findings to colleagues and senior leaders.

Serves as the bank’s initial client contact, providing in-person, phone, and email support. Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments, fraud requests, and other financial transactions while verifying identities and maintaining accurate documentation. Balances cash and vault inventories, manages returned mail and scanning, maintains front desk areas, follows BSA and bank security procedures, and completes ongoing regulatory training.

Evaluates financial condition and SBA eligibility for commercial loan applicants, prepares credit presentations, analyzes cash flow and collateral, assigns risk ratings, and supports underwriting, compliance, portfolio reviews, and loan closing. Partners with lenders, portfolio managers, credit officers, and operations teams; conducts property inspections, mentors analysts, prepares recommendations, and maintains SBA documentation and guaranty integrity.

Evaluates and underwrites complex commercial and industrial lending requests by analyzing financial statements, credit risks, collateral, guarantors, covenants, and loan structures. Prepares credit presentations, supports approval committees, conducts annual reviews, and processes borrowing base certificates. Maintains lending records, supports risk-management initiatives, collaborates with bankers and clients, and mentors other credit analysts while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
