Leads apparel and consumer product development from concept through bulk production and delivery. Manages samples, costing, product data, approvals, production readiness, quality, Time & Action calendars, vendor performance, and international factory relationships. Coordinates cross-functional teams, identifies production risks, maintains PLM/PIM and sourcing information, and ensures products meet design, cost, quality, and timing expectations.

Supports sleepwear collection development by creating technical flats, construction sketches, print layouts, colorways, embroidery diagrams, artwork mockups, and tech packs. Reviews samples, prepares design comments, tracks revisions and approvals, and maintains seasonal files and presentations. Collaborates with print, product development, technical design, production, and merchandising teams to keep apparel development organized and on schedule.
