Lead design and optimization of embedded software for AI traffic cameras: architect real-time inference pipelines, optimize C++ for power-constrained edge hardware, integrate sensors/comms/power systems, build testing/debugging frameworks, ensure field reliability, and mentor engineers across teams.

Lead and scale Obvio's annotation and human-review operations: design workflows, QA systems, training, staffing and metrics; partner with Product/Engineering/ML to improve tooling, ensure auditability, and maintain SLA and risk controls.

Own full sales cycle for mid-market to enterprise government customers, close deals nationally, run pilots and POCs, partner with product/engineering, refine GTM and represent Obvio at customer meetings and events.

Identify, engage, and qualify municipal and public-sector customers through outbound and inbound outreach; own first-touch prospecting, schedule meetings, maintain data hygiene, help define the early BDR playbook, provide feedback to GTM and Product, support pilots and RFP tracking, and represent Obvio with public-sector stakeholders.
