Develop, optimize, and control composite manufacturing processes (VARTM, infusion, prepreg). Lead DOE, capability studies, root cause analysis, SOPs, training, and continuous improvement. Support production, field teams, new product launches, and prepare technical reports and summaries for stakeholders while ensuring EHS compliance.

Support project coordination in Quality and Manufacturing Engineering, assist in quality improvement projects, track milestones, and collaborate with teams.

The Financial Controller will manage accounting operations, prepare financial reports, lead budgeting processes, ensure compliance, and oversee manufacturing and supply chain finances.
