Build reliability roadmaps aligned with EVT, DVT, and PVT milestones; identify and mitigate product risks; manage external test labs; and communicate qualification status to technical and executive stakeholders. The role integrates reliability requirements across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations, with up to 30% international travel and full-time onsite work.

Design, implement, and own firmware features for power-electronics embedded systems. Integrate firmware with hardware, collaborate with cross-functional engineers, ensure performance and testing, and stay current with embedded systems tools and methodologies.

Own end-to-end sourcing and procurement strategy for high-value capital equipment and facility buildouts. Develop multi-year Capex roadmaps, negotiate supplier contracts, perform TCO modeling, manage construction and equipment deployment (FAT/SAT), mitigate supply risks, and track KPIs for capital spend, delivery, and supplier performance while coordinating with finance, engineering, and operations.

Design and develop low-voltage and mixed-signal hardware for Solid-State Transformer subsystems, owning PCBAs from schematic through production. Responsibilities include MCU and IC selection, control/sensing/protection circuitry, isolated interfaces, high-bandwidth communications, board bring-up, EMI/EMC compliance, and collaboration with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.

Lead control architecture for AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion systems, ensuring performance from concept through production. Mentor engineers and drive system performance analysis, validation, and implementation.

The Firmware Manager will lead the embedded software team, focusing on firmware development for power systems, managing projects and engineers, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple product lines.
